Excalibur ParaFlexx Reusable Non-Stick Drying Sheets for Food Dehydrators, 11-Inch, Set of 4
This set of silicone drying sheets excels in versatility, fitting specifically into 4-tray Excalibur dehydrators, and offers a reusable, non-stick surface that simplifies making fruit roll-ups, cookies, and more. Compared with the SUCISENI trays, these are more adaptable since they are designed for a specific dehydrator model, but they lack the multi-model compatibility. The non-stick surface ensures easy removal and cleaning, reducing mess and waste, making them ideal for frequent users. However, their limited size and model-specific design mean they won’t suit all dehydrator brands or larger trays. This set is perfect for dedicated Excalibur owners seeking eco-friendly, durable sheets without sacrificing ease of use.
Pros:- Reusable and environmentally friendly, reducing waste
- Designed specifically for Excalibur 4-tray dehydrators for a perfect fit
- Non-stick surface simplifies food removal and cleaning
Cons:- Limited to use with specific Excalibur models, reducing versatility
- Care needed to avoid damaging the silicone over time
Best for: Owners of Excalibur 4-tray dehydrators who prioritize durability and eco-conscious options.
Not ideal for: Users with different dehydrator brands or larger tray sizes, as these sheets are model-specific and may not fit other units.
- Sheet Count:4
- Paper Size:11-inch x 11-inch
- Material Type:Silicone
- Item Dimensions:11″L x 11″W
- Color:Brown
- Shape:Square
Our verdict“This set is ideal for dedicated Excalibur users wanting durable, eco-friendly sheets for versatile dehydrating tasks.”
2 Edge Fruit Leather Silicone Dehydrator Sheets for Nesco Round Dehydrators
These silicone sheets feature a 1/4-inch lip that effectively contain liquids, making them ideal for dehydrating fruit leather, herbs, and liquids. Compared with the SUCISENI trays, these are specifically designed for Nesco round and square dehydrators, with raised edges that prevent spills—a major advantage for messy recipes. The flexible silicone is food-grade and dishwasher safe, which simplifies cleanup. On the downside, their size limits use to Nesco models, and handling the edges when wet can be tricky. This pick is well-suited for users who often dehydrate liquids or messy foods in Nesco units.
Pros:- Prevents spills with raised edges, reducing mess
- Made from food-grade silicone, safe and reusable
- Dishwasher safe for easy cleaning
Cons:- Limited to Nesco dehydrator models, reducing flexibility
- Edges may be difficult to handle when wet
Best for: Nesco dehydrator owners seeking spill-proof sheets for liquids and messy recipes.
Not ideal for: Dehydrator users with different brands or larger tray sizes, since these sheets are designed for specific Nesco models.
- Number of Sheets:4
- Diameter:12.5 inches
- Center Hole Diameter:3 inches
- Material:Food-grade silicone
- Edge/Lip Height:1/4 inch
- Compatibility:Nesco round and square dehydrators
Our verdict“Ideal for Nesco owners wanting reliable, spill-resistant sheets for dehydrating liquids and messy foods.”
SUCISENI 6 Nonstick Silicone Dehydrator Trays with Edge, 11 x 11 in
This set of 6 silicone trays offers a versatile solution, compatible with most dehydrators and even ovens, suitable for everything from fruit leather to cookies and jerky. The elevated edges (0.2-inch) help prevent spills, similar to the Nesco sheets but with a larger quantity of trays for batch processing. Compared to the Presto sheets, these provide more trays for larger projects, but they may not fit smaller or non-standard dehydrator trays. Their size and flat surface mean they work best on stable, flat surfaces. This set suits those who want a multi-use, large-volume solution for dehydrating and baking.
Pros:- Six trays provide high capacity for batch dehydration
- Elevated edges prevent spills during use
- Suitable for dehydrating and baking, increasing versatility
Cons:- Designed mainly for specific models, limiting universal fit
- Size may not suit smaller ovens or dehydrator trays
Best for: Home bakers or dehydrating enthusiasts needing multiple trays for various food types and batch projects.
Not ideal for: Users with small or irregularly shaped dehydrators, as these trays are primarily designed for standard, flat surfaces.
- Number of Items:6
- Size:11 x 11 inches
- Material:Food-grade silicone
- Temperature Range:-40°F to 446°F
- Edge Design:0.2-inch elevated edge

Our verdict“This set is best for users who need multiple trays for high-volume dehydrating and baking tasks.”
ZOOFOX 6 Pack Round Plastic Dehydrator Sheets with Edges, Reusable BPA-Free Dryer Mats for Fruit Leather, Meat, Jerky, Herbs, Vegetables
The round BPA-free plastic sheets are a practical choice for dehydrating a variety of foods, from fruit leather to jerky. Their round shape and edges help contain liquids, similar to the Nesco sheets, but they lack the flexibility of silicone and are limited to specific sizes. The non-stick surface makes cleanup straightforward, yet they require hand washing, unlike silicone options. Compared with the SUCISENI trays, these are less durable over time but are a good fit for round dehydrators. This set works well for dehydrators that handle round trays and for those prioritizing easy cleanup of multiple food types.
Pros:- Reusable BPA-free plastic, safe for food
- Non-stick surface for easy food removal
- Suitable for multiple food types and dehydration tasks
Cons:- Limited to specific round sizes, reducing compatibility
- Requires hand washing, less convenient than silicone
Best for: Consumers with round dehydrators seeking reusable, non-stick, versatile sheets for various foods.
Not ideal for: Users with square or irregular dehydrator trays or those looking for silicone flexibility and easy dishwasher cleaning.
- Quantity:6
- Diameter:12.2 inches

This set of two fruit roll sheets is designed specifically for the Presto 06300 dehydrator, making it a straightforward choice for creating homemade fruit snacks. The sheets fit perfectly into the dehydrator trays, offering a simple solution for producing preservative-free fruit rolls. Compared to the silicone tray options, these are made from a more traditional material and are less versatile for other foods, but their perfect fit and ease of use make them a strong choice for fruit leather enthusiasts. The limited compatibility means they are less suited for other dehydrator brands. This set is ideal for fans of homemade fruit snacks using Presto equipment, prioritizing ease of use and perfect fit.

- Allows easy, homemade fruit snack preparation
- Durable and simple to use

6 Pcs Silicone Dehydrator Trays with Edge, 10.6 x 7.5 Inch, Compatible with SUCISENI Basic Dehydrator
This set of silicone trays stands out for their broad compatibility with most dehydrators and ovens, making them an adaptable choice for various drying projects. The raised edges are effective at containing liquids and preventing overflow, which is especially helpful when making fruit rolls or jerky. Compared with the larger, more specialized options like the 4 Fruit Leather Silicone Dehydrator Sheets, these trays are smaller but more versatile, fitting a wide range of appliances. A tradeoff is that their size may not suit smaller trays, and they require a stable surface for best results. They excel for users who want reusable, easy-to-clean trays that serve multiple purposes without needing a specialized fit.
Pros:- Compatible with most dehydrators and ovens
- Raised edges prevent overflow and mess
- Non-stick, reusable, and easy to clean
Cons:- Size may not fit smaller trays
- Requires stable placement for optimal use
Best for: Home bakers and dehydrator users seeking flexible, non-stick trays compatible with most appliances.
Not ideal for: Those with very small or uniquely shaped dehydrator trays, as these may not fit well or may require additional support.
- Size:10.6 x 7.5 inches
- Material:Food-grade silicone
- Quantity:6
- Temperature Resistance:-40°F to 446°F
Our verdict“This set is ideal for users needing adaptable silicone trays that can handle a variety of drying tasks across different appliances.”
3 Edge Silicone Dehydrator Sheets Compatible with Ivation, Gourmia, and ChefWave 6-Tray Dehydrators
This set of three silicone sheets is designed with raised edges that effectively contain liquids and prevent spills, making them a strong choice for drying herbs, fruits, or jerky without creating a mess. Compared to larger, more flexible options like the 6 Pack Silicone Dehydrator Trays for Cosori, these sheets are specifically tailored for 6-tray models, ensuring a snug fit. However, their edges are only 1/4 inch high, which might be shallow for recipes with high liquid content, such as pureed fruit sauces. These sheets are best suited for users with compatible dehydrator models who prioritize spill containment and easy cleaning but do not need deep edges for very liquid-heavy recipes.
Pros:- Raised lip edges prevent spills and contain liquids
- Food-safe, independently tested silicone
- Reusable and dishwasher safe
Cons:- Limited to specific dehydrator models
- Edges may be too shallow for very liquid-heavy recipes
Best for: Dehydrator owners of Ivation, Gourmia, or ChefWave models who want to minimize mess during drying.
Not ideal for: Users with dehydrators outside the compatible model range or those needing deep edges for very wet recipes.
- Material:Food-safe silicone
- Dimensions:11.8 x 10.6 inches
- Edge Height:1/4 inch
- Temperature Resistance:450°F
- Cold Resistance:-40°F
- Number of Sheets:3
Our verdict“These sheets are perfect for dry, spill-free dehydration in compatible models, with some limitations for very wet recipes.”
4 Fruit Leather Silicone Dehydrator Sheets with Edges – Reusable, Non-Stick, Food Grade
This set of four silicone sheets with 1/4 inch edges is tailored for making fruit leathers and drying herbs, especially in all Presto round and square dehydrators. Their non-stick surface simplifies removal and cleaning, and they’re highly reusable. When compared with the 6 Pack Silicone Dehydrator Trays for Cosori, these sheets are more specialized for fruit leather, offering a consistent size and fit for Presto models. The size may limit their use to smaller or medium-sized dehydrators, and they are not suitable for oven or microwave. These sheets are a good choice for users focused on fruit leather production or herb drying in compatible dehydrators, but less so for larger or more versatile drying needs.
Pros:- Reusuable and eco-friendly
- Non-stick and easy to clean
- Fits all Presto round and square dehydrators
Cons:- Limited to dehydrator use, not oven or microwave
- Size may not accommodate larger dehydrator models

- Number of Sheets:4
- Diameter:11.5 inches
- Center Hole Diameter:2.25 inches
- Material:Food Grade Silicone
- Edge/Lip Height:1/4 inch
- Compatible Models:All Presto round and square dehydrators
Our verdict“Ideal for fruit leather and herb drying in Presto dehydrators, with limited versatility outside those models.”
Nesco SLD-2-6 American Harvest 13.75″ Fruit Roll Sheet for NESCO Food Dehydrators, 2 Count
This two-pack of fruit roll sheets offers a sizable surface area tailored for NESCO dehydrators, making it a practical choice for large batches of fruit purees or sauces. Compared with the 4 Fruit Leather Silicone Dehydrator Sheets, these sheets are specifically designed for NESCO models, ensuring a precise fit. Their BPA-free plastic construction is durable and easy to clean by hand, supporting repeated use. The main tradeoff is their limited compatibility—these sheets are not suitable for other dehydrator brands or oven use. Pros:- Compatible with multiple NESCO models

- Material:Food grade plastic
- BPA Free:Yes

Our verdict“These sheets are an excellent fit for NESCO users needing large, durable surfaces for fruit processing, with some cleaning limitations.”
6 Pack Silicone Dehydrator Trays Compatible with Cosori CP267-FD, Nonstick Reusable Food Grade Sheets
This six-pack of silicone trays offers a generous quantity for multi-tasking dehydration projects, featuring raised edges to contain liquids effectively. Their compatibility with Cosori’s CP267-FD model makes them suitable for users with larger or multiple dehydrators. Compared with the smaller 6 Pcs Silicone Dehydrator Trays with Edge, this set provides more trays, ideal for batch drying or family-sized projects. The soft silicone may require careful handling, and they need to be placed on a rigid tray for stability during use. These trays appeal to those who want a large, reusable, non-stick option for a variety of foods but need to be mindful of size and handling concerns.
Pros:- Reusable and eco-friendly
- Non-stick and easy to clean
- Designed with raised edges to contain liquids
Cons:- Requires placement on a hard tray for stability
- Soft silicone may need careful handling
Best for: Families or large households using Cosori dehydrators who need multiple trays for different foods simultaneously.
Not ideal for: Those with smaller dehydrators or limited storage space, as the size and quantity may be excessive or unwieldy.
- Size:11.8″ x 10.8″
- Material:Food grade silicone
- Number of pieces:6
Our verdict“This large set is best for busy households with compatible dehydrators seeking to dry multiple foods at once, with some handling caveats.”
4 Fruit Leather Silicone Dehydrator Sheets with Edges – Non-Toxic, Reusable, 12.5″ Diameter
This set of silicone sheets excels at making fruit leather in round dehydrators, thanks to its raised edges that contain liquids and prevent messes. Compared with the larger, more versatile mesh sheets, these are ideal for those who prioritize spill control and ease of handling. While they fit well with Nesco models, their smaller diameter limits use with larger dehydrators or square trays. The non-toxic silicone is food-safe and reusable, reducing waste and ongoing costs, but the fit can be restrictive if your dehydrator isn’t a Nesco round model. Cleaning is straightforward—dishwasher safe—but the size may require multiple batches for larger quantities.
Pros:- Reusability reduces waste and ongoing expenses
- Raised edges prevent spills and contain liquids
- Non-toxic, food-grade silicone safe for repeated use
- Dishwasher safe for easy cleaning
Cons:- Limited to Nesco round and square models, reducing versatility
- Size may be too small for larger dehydrator trays
- Not compatible with non-Nesco brands without measurement checks
Best for: Users with Nesco round or square dehydrators seeking spill-proof, easy-to-clean fruit leather sheets.
Not ideal for: Owners of larger dehydrators or non-Nesco models who need bigger or more adaptable sheets, as these may not fit or cover enough surface area.
- Number of Sheets:4
- Diameter:12.5 inches
- Edge Height:1/4 inch
- Material:Food-grade silicone
- Dishwasher Safe:Yes
Our verdict“This set is best suited for users with Nesco dehydrators who want spill-proof, reusable fruit leather sheets for small batches.”
Silicone Dehydrator Sheets, Reusable Non-Stick Mesh for Fruits and Vegetables, 15.7 x 157 Inches
This expansive silicone sheet offers remarkable coverage, making it ideal for dehydrating large quantities of fruits, vegetables, or herbs on various trays. Its massive size surpasses the smaller, more specialized sheets like the Cosori set, providing a cost-effective, reusable option for bulk drying. However, its size requires cutting to fit specific tray dimensions, which may be cumbersome for some users, especially those with smaller or pre-sized trays. The mesh holes facilitate airflow but are delicate if handled roughly, so care is needed during trimming and use. This sheet’s versatility and size make it a strong choice for serious dehydraters who want a single, adaptable solution.
Pros:- Extra-large size covers most dehydrator trays in one piece
- Reusable and easy to clean, saving money over time
- Flexible for cutting to fit various tray sizes
- Good airflow for efficient dehydration
Cons:- Requires cutting to fit specific tray dimensions, adding extra steps
- Mesh may be fragile if mishandled
- Handling such a large sheet can be cumbersome
Best for: Home cooks or small food businesses needing large, customizable sheets for high-volume dehydration projects.
Not ideal for: Casual users or those with small dehydrators who don’t want to cut or handle large sheets, as the size may be unwieldy and require extra prep.
- Dimensions:15.7 x 157 inches
- Material:Silicone
- Mesh Hole Size:1×1 mm
- Quantity:1 sheet
Our verdict“This oversized silicone sheet is best for those who want a versatile, large-area solution for dehydrating large batches of foods at once.”
Cosori Food Dehydrator Fruit Leather Roll Sheets, 5 Trays, BPA-Free, 2-Pack
This set of two BPA-free plastic sheets is designed specifically for the Cosori CFD-N051-W model, making it an excellent fit for those dehydrating in that particular machine. Their size, approximately 11.73 x 11.57 inches, matches the tray dimensions, simplifying the process without the need for cutting. Compared to mesh or silicone options like the Cosori square sheets, these plastic liners are meant strictly for fruit leather and similar applications. They are convenient for users who prefer a straightforward, non-stick surface that’s easy to clean—though hand washing is necessary, as they aren’t dishwasher safe. Their compatibility is limited to specific Cosori models, making them less suitable for owners of other dehydrators.
Pros:- Perfect fit for Cosori CFD-N051-W dehydrator trays
- BPA-free plastic ensures food safety
- Two sheets included for continuous use
- Simple, no-cut design for ease of use
Cons:- Hand wash only, not dishwasher safe
- Limited compatibility with other dehydrator brands
- No additional accessories or features included
Best for: Owners of the Cosori CFD-N051-W dehydrator who want BPA-free, pre-sized sheets for making fruit leather and jerky.
Not ideal for: Users with different dehydrator brands or those seeking dishwasher-safe sheets, as these require hand cleaning and are model-specific.
- Brand:Cosori
- Model Number:CFD-N051-W
- Item Count:2
- Dimensions:11.73 x 11.57 inches
- Material:BPA-Free Plastic
- Hand Wash Only:Yes
Our verdict“This set suits dedicated Cosori users wanting safe, ready-to-use fruit leather sheets that fit perfectly without extra prep.”
Cosori Food Dehydrator Accessories, Fruit Leather Roll Sheets for CP267-FD
This set of two BPA-free sheets is compatible with the Cosori CP267-FD and other square dehydrators, offering a practical solution for making fruit leather, jams, or drying small herbs. The dimensions, roughly 11.3 x 12.8 inches, align well with square trays, providing a snug fit that prevents food from falling through. Compared to the round silicone sheets, these are better suited for square models and can be used for a broader range of small items. While hand wash only, their BPA-free construction enhances safety. The limited number of sheets means frequent washing or rotation is necessary if dehydrating large quantities. These sheets are ideal for users wanting a reliable, square-compatible option for small batches.
Pros:- Compatible with Cosori CP267-FD and other square models
- BPA-free and food-safe material
- Prevents food from sticking or falling through trays
- Two sheets included for convenience
Cons:- Only hand wash, not dishwasher safe
- Limited to specific dehydrator models
- Includes only two sheets, requiring frequent cleaning for large batches
Best for: Owners of Cosori square dehydrators needing BPA-free, food-safe sheets for small batch drying and fruit leather.
Not ideal for: Users with round dehydrators or those who prefer dishwasher-safe sheets, as these are hand wash only and model-specific.
- Item dimensions:11.3 x 12.8 inches
- Compatible models:Cosori CP267-FD and others
- Material:BPA-free
- Number of items:2
- Hand wash only:Yes
Our verdict“This set is best for square dehydrator owners seeking a safe, reliable solution for small batch fruit leather and herb drying.”
How We Picked
These products were evaluated based on durability, compatibility, non-stick quality, ease of cleaning, and overall value. Reusable silicone sheets scored higher for long-term cost savings, while non-stick coatings were assessed for performance and longevity. Compatibility with common dehydrator brands was a major factor, as was size and shape to ensure they fit a variety of models. We prioritized options that balance quality and affordability, aiming to recommend sets suitable for both casual users and serious enthusiasts. The ranking reflects a combination of build quality, versatility, and practical tradeoffs, helping buyers choose sheets that best match their dehydrating needs.Factors to Consider When Choosing Dehydrator Fruit Roll Sheets Set
Choosing the right dehydrator fruit roll sheets set involves considering several key factors beyond just price and appearance. Compatibility with your dehydrator model is essential to ensure a proper fit and safe operation. Durability and non-stick performance influence how well your sheets will hold up over time, especially with repeated use and cleaning. Size and shape also matter, as larger sheets can process more fruit but may not fit in smaller dehydrators. Additionally, reusability and ease of cleaning can impact your long-term costs and convenience. Understanding these factors helps you avoid common pitfalls like buying incompatible sheets or ones that wear out quickly.Compatibility with Your Dehydrator
Not all dehydrator fruit roll sheets are universal. Some are designed for specific brands or models, which means incompatible sheets can lead to poor fit and inefficient drying. Before purchasing, double-check the dimensions and shape of the sheets versus your dehydrator’s tray size. This step prevents frustration and ensures you get the most use out of your investment. While universal options exist, they often sacrifice perfect fit for broader compatibility, so balance your needs accordingly.
Durability and Non-Stick Performance
The main goal of these sheets is to prevent sticking and facilitate easy removal of dried fruit. High-quality silicone sheets often feature non-stick coatings that last through many uses, but some cheaper options may degrade quickly or require additional oiling. Durability also relates to how well the sheets resist tearing or warping over time. Investing in more durable, non-stick sheets can save money by reducing replacements, but be aware that some coatings may eventually wear out, especially if exposed to high temperatures or abrasive cleaning.
Size and Shape Compatibility
Size and shape influence how much fruit you can process at once and whether the sheets fit your dehydrator trays. Larger or round sheets might cover entire trays, increasing efficiency, but may not fit in smaller models. Some sets include multiple shapes or sizes, offering flexibility for various batch sizes. Consider your typical drying volume to select sheets that maximize capacity without overcrowding or risking uneven drying.
Ease of Cleaning and Reusability
Reusability is a major advantage with silicone sheets, but only if they are easy to clean. Non-stick coatings can make removal of dried fruit straightforward, but some surfaces demand gentle cleaning to maintain their effectiveness. Dishwasher-safe options save time, but hand-washing may extend the life of the coating. Cheaper sheets might stain or retain odors over time, so investing in higher-quality silicone can improve the overall experience and longevity.
Cost and Long-term Value
While budget sheets can be tempting, they often wear out faster, requiring more frequent replacements. Higher-end, durable silicone sheets cost more upfront but tend to last longer and perform better. When choosing, consider how often you plan to dehydrate fruit and snacks. For casual use, affordability might be more important, but for frequent use, investing in quality sheets provides better long-term value. Balance your budget with the expected lifespan and performance of the sheets for smarter purchasing decisions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are silicone dehydrator sheets safe for food use?
Yes, most silicone dehydrator sheets are made from food-grade silicone, which is non-toxic, BPA-free, and safe for contact with food at typical dehydrating temperatures. Always check the product specifications to confirm that the silicone is certified food-grade. Properly maintained, these sheets do not leach chemicals or odors, making them a safe and reusable option for preparing dried fruit, herbs, and other snacks.
Can silicone sheets be used in all dehydrator models?
Not all silicone sheets are universal, so compatibility depends on their size and shape. Some are designed specifically for certain brands or models, while others are more versatile. Always measure your dehydrator trays and compare them with the sheets’ dimensions before purchasing. Universal options tend to fit most models, but always verify product compatibility to avoid problems with fit or uneven drying.
How long do silicone dehydrator sheets typically last?
The lifespan of silicone sheets depends on quality, usage, and care. High-quality, food-grade silicone sheets can last several years with proper cleaning and handling. Cheaper options may wear out or degrade sooner, especially if exposed to high temperatures or abrasive cleaning. Regular inspection for tears, warping, or loss of non-stick properties will help determine when it’s time to replace them.
Are reusable sheets better than disposable parchment paper?
Reusable silicone sheets generally offer better value over time, as they can be used repeatedly without waste. They also tend to provide a more consistent non-stick surface, reducing the risk of tearing or sticking. Parchment paper, while inexpensive initially, is disposable and may not withstand repeated use or high temperatures. For frequent dehydrating, investing in silicone sheets is usually the more economical and environmentally friendly choice.
What size should I choose for my dehydrator?
The ideal size depends on your dehydrator’s tray dimensions and your batch size. Larger sheets are suitable if you dehydrate large quantities regularly, as they maximize drying surface area. Smaller or multiple smaller sheets may be better for compact models or for processing smaller batches. Measure your dehydrator trays carefully and select sheets that fit snugly without blocking airflow, ensuring efficient drying and minimal wasted space.
Conclusion
The best overall dehydrator fruit roll sheets set for most users is the Excalibur ParaFlexx Reusable Non-Stick Sheets, thanks to their durability and reliable non-stick surface. For those prioritizing value, the Presto 06313 Sheets provide dependable performance at a lower cost. Beginners or casual users will appreciate the simplicity of silicone options like the Cosori Fruit Leather Sheets for easy cleaning and versatility. Serious dehydrators aiming for long-term investment should consider higher-end, durable sheets that offer the best combination of performance and longevity. Ultimately, your choice should align with your dehydrating frequency, model compatibility, and budget to ensure satisfying results.
